Packer for two-stage and external casing cementing PDM4
Designed to prevent behind-casing crossflows during two-stage or external-sleeve cementing. Used in casing strings of nominal Ø 140, 146, 168, 178, 245 mm.
Design features
- Hydraulic packer and cementing collar combined in a single tool
- External-sleeve and two-stage cementing performed with different plug sets
- Uncemented well interval isolated by a sleeve packing element in the annulus
- Tool units protected against premature activation until a plug lands in the dedicated seat
- Optimal conditions for cement sheath formation and service in the zones adjacent to the packer
Additional options
- Sleeve available in heat-resistant rubber
- Connection thread machined to customer requirements
