Cementing collar for liners MTs4
Designed for external-sleeve cementing of liner strings with protection against backflow through the cementing ports. Used in strings of nominal Ø 102, 114 mm.
Design features
- Protection against backflow through open cementing ports
- Sleeves locked closed by a step lock and by the cement sheath
- Cementing ports close even if the cementing plugs fail to reach the collar and no “Stop” signal is received
Additional options
- CO₂-resistant version with body parts made of Cr13 steel
- Connection thread machined to customer requirements
